Our roots run deep

Carrying forward an almost 100-year old legacy in creating custom moldings, we forge
ahead with the deep knowledge earned by our acquisitions of Center Lumber, Black Millwork,
& Architectural Enhancements as well as carrying their stock moulding profiles.
Having modernized and upgraded our facility and process in 2015, we combine this vast
knowledge with our cutting-edge technology to deliver a superior result for our clients.”

Our process

Choosing Alpine is
choosing confidence with ease.

Design your custom sketch, send in a wood sample for replication, or talk to our design experts if you’d like an in-stock molding.

Our design team will then turn your profile into a digital CAD drawing for approval at time of order.

We then grind the knives to create your custom profile, or match your profile to one of our over 10,000 stock profiles. Then our machines are meticulously calibrated in preparation for the carving of your mouldings. The time spent in this calibration means you receive the exact same profile every time you reorder.

Our add-on services include sanding and/or priming & buffing to complete your mouldings and make them installation-ready.

Finally, your moldings are delivered. Our side-curtained trucks allow for delivery in any weather, to any location.

We’re the top woodworking team for custom moldings, with a special focus on historic recreations. Our skill allows us to exactly match existing moldings, making accurate renovations possible.

In-stock orders can be delivered in as few as 2 days, while custom orders may be delivered in just 10 days, beating industry averages.
